such as cognitive behavioral therapy, breath work, somatic approaches, grounding exercises,

light stream techniques, yoga, mindfulness,

tapping, anger management strategies & more.

relaxation and stress management skills.

Trauma-Focused Work

Unprocessed emotions keep us "stuck." It's natural to want to avoid difficult memories and feelings associated with a traumatic event or ongoing event. I believe we all have the power to heal. EMDR therapy is a highly effective way to clear out some of the distorted or unprocessed uncomfortable feelings with minimal talk therapy required.

I also offer CPT, TF-CBT, and PE as other evidence based-modalities for treating trauma.
